At Noble Isle, we believe that everyone should have access to basic hygiene and personal care products. That’s why we’re proud to partner with The Hygiene Bank, a UK-based charity that works to tackle hygiene poverty by providing essential toiletries and hygiene products to those in need.
Through our partnership, we’ll be donating products to The Hygiene Bank for them to distribute to those in need, helping to support their vital work and their mission to create a cleaner, healthier, and happier world.
We’re committed to making a positive impact on the world around us, and we believe that by working with charities like The Hygiene Bank, we can help make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most. Join us in supporting this important cause, and help us make hygiene poverty a thing of the past.
As part of our ongoing pledge to establish ourselves as a cleaner, greener force for environmental change, we have partnered with Clean Conscience, a charity that repurposes and redistributes hotel toiletries that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
Clean Conscience offers an alternative by turning liquid contents into CareKits for those in need and sending hard soaps abroad to generate income. The plastic lids, bottles, tubes, and caps are then incinerated, and the energy is returned back to the grid. We provide monetary and product donations to Clean Conscience on an annual basis and promote the charity to all our hotel partners.
Our Willow Song collection uses Willow Bark sourced from the Lavenham Woodland Trust, in Suffolk. The Woodland Trust, the UK’s largest woodland conservation charity, with 500,000 members and supporters and more than 1,000 woods. They pledge to restore Britain’s ancient woodlands; they plant trees and protect and care for the existing woodlands and trees around the UK.
Our Lightning Oak collection sources Oak from the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. The Forest of Dean is run by the Forestry Commission and now boasts of 11,000 hectares of mixed woodland and is now the second largest crown forest in England. The sustainable forestry that the commission undertake in the Forest of Dean, limits the spread of diseases and helps limit the level of deforestation in places of conservation such as the Amazon rainforest.
Our Perry Pear collection sources the Perry Pear extract from Day’s Cottage, a family run farm in Gloucestershire. Day’ Cottage is part of The Gloucestershire Orchard Group, which aims are to conserve, promote and celebrate traditional orchards and ancient breeds of pears and apples in the UK.
At Noble Isle we always look for ways to give back and support as many charitable endeavours as possible. Over the past year we have been lucky enough to work with several different NHS hospitals to gift their hard-working frontline staff during the pandemic.
We wanted to take our work with the NHS one step further, so upon launch of our Hand Sanitisers, we pledged to donate 10% of product sales to NHS Charities Together, a membership organisation representing, supporting and championing NHS Charities.
We are proud to have supported the following hospitals and charities:
